Employee of the Season

Spring 2026
Jole Cosme
Joined March 2025
Raised on Bethlehem’s South Side, Jole worked as a supervisor for another security company and enjoyed the industry. She also loves to learn, so she wanted to expand her security experience from a different direction. When she heard about Omega through one of our personnel, she looked us up and applied for a Dispatch position. She immediately got along with the office staff, and she has set a high bar with her professionalism and consistent work ethic while regularly handling important documents in various capacities, as well as making sure things are running smoothly across different sites. Outside of work, Jole enjoys reading books, listening to music, watching movies, and being outdoors – especially the beach – and if there’s a hiking trail around, you can find her on it! She is a proud mother of four young adult children with whom she does weekly paint projects, sometimes painting over drawings, and sometimes incorporating other media.

Winter 2026
Rich
Joined July 2020
Rich served as head installer for a granite-and-marble countertop company for eleven years before joining Omega’s team. Coming aboard for overnight shifts, Rich took over MoD through the witching hour and became our Night Shift Supervisor. He likes the job for its differences from his other professions. Off the clock, Rich spends a lot of time with his kids, listens to metal – occasionally attending a concert – and plays both retro and recently released video games. Primarily a Playstation gamer, Rich prefers solo action adventures with RPG element and occasional co-op play. He also collects physical merch and watches a few streamers.

Fall 2025
Jessica Oren
April 2025
After 15 years away raising her children, Jessica Oren was ready to re-enter the workforce. Given her experience doing roving watches in the US Navy, she felt that private security was a sensible choice. She interviewed with Omega, and it seemed like a good fit! Jess started with overnights at Main Street Commons & 1 E Broad, then later covered morning shifts at Pinemere Camp. The Allentown Public Library required a Shift Coordinator, so she changed sites once more and took the higher position! Today, she manages the site with poise, and has her eye on Ops Supervisor. Outside of work, Jess enjoys nerd culture, especially Marvel, Game of Thrones, Stranger Things and The Sims – she even has the physical discs! She loves hanging out with her kids, and tends to spend a lot of time at home. Her favorite Marvel character is Loki, and she recommends that you – yes, you – watch his eponymous series!

Summer 2025
Sarah Schweikert
Joined February 2025
Sarah has always felt a deep curiosity about the world and the people in it. For her, this has manifested as an aspiration to work as a corrections counselor – a position that requires a lot of education and experience. To get started, she decided to seek work as a security officer, where she could learn more about engaging with the public! While Sarah found many large companies, she has always preferred working for local organizations, and applied with Omega.
Upon joining, Sarah worked alongside a team at Albright College, where there was always something to learn. She soon sought even more hours, and started covering at Heidelberg Materials. Her positive attitude and solid work ethic made Sarah an obvious candidate for advancement to Site Coordinator. She jumped on the opportunity for more responsibility!
Outside of work, Sarah likes reading, leisurely strolling with friends, and meditating on everything, nothing, and plenty in-between. Her most recent book recommendation is Seven Secrets to Unfolding Destiny by Mark Chironna – a help book about living a happy life. Sarah believes that there exists some truth in every belief system, and enjoys talking about philosophy, spirituality, and theology from around the world.
